CHEF de PARTIE

 

1. Male / Female , min. 2 years experience as Senior Cook or 1 year experience as Chef de Partie in  4 * or 5*
2. Must have high creativity in creating new menu combining and high attention to the detail of food presentation and food hygienic.
3. Has strong leadership skill and communicative
4. Fluent in English and computer literate
5. Willing to be placed in KUTA, BALI

 

SOUS CHEF

 

1. Male / Female , min. 3 years experience in similar position in  4 * or 5* hotel
2. Graduated from hotel and tourism academy
3. Must have high creativity in creating new menu combining and high attention to the detail of food presentation and food hygienic.
4. Has strong leadership skill and communicative
5. Fluent in English and computer literate
6. Willing to be placed in KUTA, BALI

 

SALES SURABAYA OFFICE

 

1.       Male / Female , single with maximum age 29 years old

2. Min D3 degree in any major
3. Computer literate
4. Good command of written & spoken both English
5. Strong analytical and numerical sense specifically in statistic
6. Good appearance , Good communications and leadership skills
7. Mentally and physically health
8. Minimum 1 year experience
9. Willing to be placed in SURABAYA

 

RECEPTION

 

1. Male, single with maximum age 29 years old
2. D2-S1 degree in hotel/FB program
3. Good command of written & spoken both English
4. Strong analytical and numerical sense specifically in statistic
5. Good appearance with minimum height 165 cm
6. Mentally and physically health
7. Willing to be placed in KUTA , BALI

 

GUEST RELATION OFFICER

 

1.       Female , single with maximum age 29 years old

2.       Min D3 degree in any major
